Policies & Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.

Appointment Arrival Time & Policy

Please arrive early or on time for your pet’s appointment. If you are running late, please call us at (248) 852-2622 so we can determine if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.

New clients are required to pay a deposit when scheduling their first appointment with Cat Care of Rochester Hills. Once the appointment is complete, the deposit total will be applied to the charges incurred. You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours before the appointment. Your fee is non-refundable if you do not contact us at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

Cancelation Policy

We understand that inadvertently missing appointments can happen; however, please consider these missed appointments impact other patients, many of whom are sick and need timely care.

Cat Care of Rochester Hills requires a minimum of 72 hours prior notice for appointments that must be canceled or rescheduled. Please call (248) 852-2622 to make adjustments to your appointment.

No-Show Policy

A “No-Show” is a client/patient missing their scheduled appointment. “No-Show” clients may be required to pay a deposit for future appointments.
